After breaking out of prison in England, Peter Garrity goes to America in search of his old partner Liam McGivney, the man who put him in prison 15 years earlier. However, Liam is now Jimmy Dove, who has buried his past and turned his bombing skills to good use, he heads up the Boston Bomb Squad.
